My bro and his mate out shark fishing on the weekend and a little bronzie he got on half a sambo, the bait was bigger than its head and it still managed to get it down.

Always released except for
Always released except for tiny ones around 1m. South coast yeah and they are all around this 2.5m size so just a little one by our standards. My brother has been killing it so stoked for him and glad to see he is getting into the monsters with a bit of help, ocean just runs in the family I guess we both are lucky haha

For small baits 3-6kg we
For small baits 3-6kg we normaly run them on the 40lb gear so 400m tops but they where after monsters this weekend and where putting 10kg+ baits up to 800m out of the 50lb gear and 50w's.
small baits normaly go off within 5 hours but big big baits normal 8-13 hours before they get munched.
