" Warning Link contains Graphic image " that some may find disturbing ....
Side effects include uncontrollable urge to sing " Kumbaya " , sucking of thumb and crying in foetal position ...most common is the effect of verbal diarrhea...apart from that could be a good investment...2nd link is apparently Tiger shark jaws asking a fair bit for those ....however could be a fairly lucrative market

I've got a set of GW jaws at
I've got a set of GW jaws at home from a smaller 8 footer (land based capture) in a lot better condition caught pre-bans. personally cant see how they could be worth anywhere near 2-3k although quite impressibe looking. I think best to keep for the mantle piece.
I think they're only going to loose value now that fisheries are probably going to turn a bit of a blind eye to the protection of them, and if they do start legally culling them, I'm sure they will keep the jaws if there is money to be made. So I think in the next couple of years you might start to see that GW jaw supply will be on the up, and shitfull sets of jaws like the ones on gumtree wont be worth stuff all.

If he sells it for that much,
If he sells it for that much, it might be worthwhile knocking the odd one off.

Cheap
They are going cheap. We used to sell tiger jaws that size and bigger for $2500 green, we would only cut them out rough and freeze them, leaving the finishing up to who ever purchased them.
Had offers for GW jaws , if we caught one, for upwards of $10 grand.
This was about 8 years back and with a size limit on all sharks allowed to be landed big sets of jaws are hard to come by.
