Dusk Snapper in the Sound
Submitted by Tradewind on Fri, 2013-09-06 11:15
So I haven't done well during Bite times or during the day in the Sound but I keep hearing that sundown/dusk is the time for Snapper in the sound
Was thinking of heading late afternoon and staying till early evening but the real question is - Does the D9 produce come sundown at the moment?

Just mix it up mate and keep trying. I caught 4 yesterday between 2-3pm, (off Hillary's,not Cockburn) almost in the middle of the almanac predicted prime times. Being the new moon, get out there, the pinkies go crazy on the new moon!

I'm landlocked until I get
I'm landlocked until I get some motor repairs now anyway. Looking at repair costs it feels like i'm throwing good money after bad.
Starting to look at seriously replacing it instead with a used etec or four stroke around 115hp but it'll have to be through a dealer to get finance
