Very Unusal Fish....

Back a few months ago we noticed a Fish very similar to the one below..
My wife decided to do this for our grandson who turned 5 today...
He loves fishing and was suprised as when we brought the cake out...
Best peice of fish I have ever tasted and even ate the Scales... LOL
So after much discussion we think it might be a "West Coast Yellow Faced blue finned freckled back cod" and Babies.. LOL

Why would you keep a fish like that before you knew what it was? Take a photo and release anything you're not sure of. And what's the size? Was it caught during the demersal ban? Is my spelling and punctuation correct?

I think it may be the "west coast yellow faced blue finned freckled back smartie cod"
easily confused with the "west coast yelloy faced blue finned freckle back m and m cod "
looks delicous !!!
