Ocean Reef Marina

Hello all....i see a contracting company have been hard at it for a few months and Hodges drive between Marmion Ave and the coast is now a dual carriage way. I heard a rumour it may be for the extra traffic the Ocean Reef Marina will generate when construction finally begins. Anyone else heard anything?
PS sorry about earlier post..........note to self don't post onto forum after too much beer and red wine!

ocean reef marina?
Looks like its going to be one huge marina going by the sign in the carpark.

Is there any update on the Ocean Reef Marina development plans?
Would be great to have another Hillaries/Mindarie Marina setup for Ocean Reef! Get some life into the place!
