Muiron Management area

Can someone confirm that I am right in saying fishing is fine in the management area but not allowed in the 3 conservation areas.
heading up in late August for a couple of weeks.

Hi Gibbsy, I've just come back from two weeks up there and from all the information I read about the Muirons, the Sanctuary zones are the only places where you can't fish. The http://www.fish.wa.gov.au/Documents/recreational_fishing/rec_fishing_guides/rules_guide_gascoyne.pdf are not totally clear on this, but they only mention that you can't fish in the sanctuary zones. We certainly fished around them and were not the only ones.

not too good
at the Muirons. Plenty of fish on the sounder, but not interested. We caught plenty of macs well south of Tantabiddi though!
