planning on going down to south mole this weekend and was just wondering if anyone has had any luck down there

went probably 2 weeks ago, all we caught were trumpeters for some reason! normally we get a mix of herrings, slimy mackerals and a yellowtail
some snooks at sunset, haven't seen any taylors....
i'm not sure what was happening that time we went
