Halco catch scent

Whatever happened to halco catch scent. I remember it in yellow plastic tubes and the gel was a reddish colour. When it came in contact with the water it would turn the same colour as a yellow highlighter. Is it still around and does anybody remember catching anything of note on it?

I still have a tube and used it the other day on my zman soft plastic. Weird stuff how it goes all fluro in the water and you have to apply it every cast because it comes off easily.

Many years ago I was fishing

Many years ago I was fishing a lake in SA.  I had seen about a dozen small redfin chase my spinner to the shore, but not hit it.

Another bloke turned up and using small Mr Twister he was catching fish after fish.

I became frustrated and went to check him out.  He offered me some Halco catch scent to put on my celta, and I immediately I started to catch fish.  It was bloody amazing how effective it was.  This was freshwater scent, and was colourless, did not turn hi light colour and was thick like vaseline.  It lasted all morning, and on my way home I stopped at another location and caught about 10 nice big reddies.

I immediately went and purchased some, and am quite confident it helps with shy fish who only follow your lure without striking.
