Fishing Charter Recommendations Albany/Exmouth/Mid West Coast

Kamraden,

My big brother is turning 50 soon and I want to take him on a mancation for a weekend and do a fishing charter for his birthday. So looking for charter recommendations.

Considering either Exmouth, Albany or Jurien/Dongra/Geraldton

Obviously Eccy is first choice but need back up plan if can't get up there and back at reasonable cost.

Would like to hear from people who have been on a charter in last 12 mths including details of what caught while on charter, what equipment charter supplied, how many people were on boat with you and anything you think made charter better than others you have done.

Would love to do a charter that involved trolling and catching Mackies/Tuna or similar action.

Looking at May-June as to when.

Thanks for your input

I travel to Exmouth from Darwin for the last five years and May is good time to be there with good cool weather but it starts to get crowded with other fellow tourist  I mainly fish landbased when I'm there and when I go out on charters I dont really like to share so I cough up the coin to have the day to myself and my last few trips have been with Peak sports fishing who targets whatever I want great guy great boat and top'shelf tackle saltigas for casting at GTs and reef fish and Tiagras for trolling for macks tunas and bill fish plus top sandwiches and cakes and drinks throughout the day,

Be quick to book favorable moon and tide periods

Thu, 2013-01-31 22:08

You can always go out with Lucky Last Cast! We are situated in Jurien Bay only a 2 hour drive from Joondalup, along the new Indian Ocean road!

If you look on our website found here you will see all the photos of customers catches as well as testimonials.

Our prices are $250 per person. This includes a cooked breakfast, lunch, cold drinks (BYO Alcohol) bait tackle. The only thing u need is a hat so u don't get burnt.

At the moment we are helping a young 22 year old out by helping him fundraise to get brain surgery.

For every charter booked and deposit paid we will be donating $20 to go towards his surgery.

Check out his story here on youtube.

Oh don't forget if u want to book out the boat for only your group of friends we require 4 people min with a max of 8 ppl. The cost for this is still the same. So for 4 ppl the cost is $1000 TOTAL for the day. We don't charge ridiculous prices to do this as we understand sometimes u just want a day out with ur m8's.

We have credit card facilities as well as we can email you vouchers to give to your loved ones ready for you to print out at home. No waiting for snail mail!

SO come on give us a try. You wont be disappointed!
