That actually looks slow
That actually looks slow compared to the speed I've seen them hit seals and the like. I'd imagine they would hit humans at a similar speed.

Ask the survivors of recent attacks..
You can bet it is quick. Get your hands on a book titled "Shark Shadow Below" by Perths Hugh Edwards. Hugh provides a detailed analysis of hundreds of shark attacks in order to understand the attack method of various species. He then provides some thought as to which species man ought to be concerned with. The items seem well researched from the few checks I could make. It's a chilling read, don't read the book if you dive.
