Boat Respray Advice

Thinking about getting my boat resprayed (5.2 plate Westerberg)
Can anyone recommend a good spraypainter? I would be happy to prep it.
What type of paint is the most durable and best suited to this type of application?

Paint job is still quite good, pretty sure its the original paint when new in 1993!
Getting a a new canopy and was thinking of going blue for the hull.

two pac the best But i believe its a bitch to use and pretty hazardous o your health when spraying it.
