Most ali makers have a centre cab but its really just a centre console, walkaround boats are plentiful .Whats the purpose ie kids and fishing or full on fishing machine?
Protection is overated as you will get wet, Makocraft do a great centre as well as polycraft but as I said all tinny makers will have some sort of this as its a well estabish model so look for the local ones as they know what works over here.Go for a large fuel and kill tank with a large eskie seat at the front and all will be well.
Protection is never over rated in my book, if you have a decky silly enough to sit on your esky seat up front to help trim you out your doing well, keep them on.
Formosa do a nice centre cab as well, well priced too. our Sponser Waterworld sells them, also Noble boats are a step up from the Formosa for extra cash.
Nobles have moved thier operation overseas and a few people have had issues with welds, i don't know any personally and the guys i do know with them haven't had any issues
being built in china .there selling there boats by auction so no warranty is given. no dealer will touch them. do a Google search. also search the ausfish forums. plenty of negative feedback.

Why the chuckle at Noble
Why the chuckle at Noble boats, am I missing something here?
Ideally It would be good to get a Hull from one of the reputable brands but customise the centre cab...
Also a lot of the transoms I don't like.
Pretty much comes down the $$ I guess...
Cheers fellas

wasn't there a guy on here last year from the Pilbara who had a major problem with his Noble, cracking, paint and bog falling out etc?

Noble
There are at least three types of Noble boats
Noble;
Noble SuperV; and
Nobleboats International.
Thats in chronological order and International are post 2009 and are built in China
You will find many products these days built OS
If you have a problem with Noble International buy Pre 2009 as these will be Australian built
Brilliant hull and nothing but compliments on mine when people come fishing
Got the 5.3 side console
My previous boat was custom built in Perth and had weld issues which I had to fix......
