Ok so Squiddo is my son's toy. You are otherwise looking at a very good, very lazy recpie for any decent fish fillet. Split a punnet of cherry toms and olives into baking tray along with cannelini beans and some white wine.  Mix some fresher marjoram, garlics and parsely through, place fillets on top, rub with butter or oil and cook for 10-20min in a moderate oven.
