I like them. Maybe best raw, they are also delicious as fillets pan seared with a little butter+olive oil and salt and pepper. When cooking ytk it is better to error on the side of slightly undercooked rather than slightly overcooked. If overcooked it will dry out very quickly and when that happens it seems to acquire a less pleasant taste. If cooked right, it is juicy and has a nice taste.

They are very good fare, IF they haven't got the parasite. Otherwise it'll go to bitter mush when cooked.

I like to crumb them into nuggets and cook them quick and hot, taste great. Just when filleting keep well clear of the worms and damaged flesh

rate them as one of the best fish to eat (had some Friday night) - we rarely have problems with the worms here in SA but do see them occasionally.
Cooked them in a light flour/herb mix and on the BBQ
