Jody is right - there is a heap of information on Two Rocks if you use the search feature - however probably the main reason you would head up to Two Rocks is to target tailor.
You can fish the marina or reef / beaches to the north if you have a 4x4 or are prepared to walk it. You can also expect to get into plenty of the bread and butter species all year round.
The tailor tend to be bigger but fewer during winter, however in coming weeks expect the tailor action to start to heat up a bit.
If you are fishing baits it is possible you will get the occasional shark, ray or maybe even a mulloway.
with the ocational shark, ray or mulloway are u talking about at the beach??
and what is the best beach at two rocks to go fishing from because this will be my first time beach fishing and i have a new rod and reel and 15kg/33Lb line on it
Just north of Two Rocks marina you have a couple of patches of reef that can hold tailor. Further north you will need a 4x4 and basically look for structure / gutter formations etc. There is also beach just south of Two Rocks but I have never fished it and not sure about access - but if you can find a nice gutter it would be worth a crack.
There are two rock walls, one , the outside one runs from near the big rock northward for about 400metres to the mouth and the northern wall runs nearly due west for 100 metres to end in line with the end of the outside wall. There are jetties there but they are gated off except for the main wharf area.
Most of the fishing is done from the outside wall or the tip of the inside wall.

If you follow the road around past the marina and keep
going north you will come to a spot where there are some stairs going down to the beach. That area is pretty good for tailor and a variety of fish.
