Well I havn't heard much
Well I havn't heard much about the winter tailor but they should be starting to make an appearance down that way. Plus always a chance to get yourself a mulla down that way or maybe even the odd salmon still?

Hey mate, I went down there
Hey mate, I went down there about two weeks ago. Got the usual herring and whiting. Only one small tailor were caught though. Had two big runs on the big rod with a ganged whiting. But notthing much to show for it haha.

I thought Tims thicket was nearer to Melros
but Tims thicket road runs down to white hills road. The spot is a reef break that gets quite sheltered from the winds and gets crowded.
