Tide Times App

Hi,
Wonder if anyone can clarify for me as I use the AU Tide Pro App and its showing a high tide in Mandurah on Friday 22nd June at 21:14 while Willy Weather is showing it as a low tide. Can anyone confirm one or the other for me and also if you have a suggestion for a better tide tracking app it would be appreciated.

I use pocketweather as my

I have low tide at 21.14 of 0.50m
