I'm sure quite a few of you use the DECKEE app now, I'm curious about other peoples experiences with it?
I've had more fails than successes, and provided feedback to them on each occasion with screenshots etc which they've said they'll provide feedback and never have.

I'm wondering if its just me as I use it a little different with one way trips etc.

1. first time trying to log on last year, it kept coming up with an error message and that I wasn't logged on about 10 times. Gave up and "logged on" with the missus instead and headed to the islands.
   I had limited phone cover, but she got a late night call from the Water Police that I was overdue, and later I had numerous texts and missed calls similar. I rang Water Police and explained, they gave me the Deckee contact and they were interested-nothing further heard.
2. Next time I tried it, I entered my coordinates for a return to Geraldton, and Batavia Marina showed a course from Southern Group to Dongara. Screenshotted, sent, they said they'd investigate and respond-nothing.
3. Used it successfully a couple of times then a month or so back tried to log on and repeatedly wouldn't accept it. Call our VMR on CH82 and 16, and their radio was playing up, dropping out etc.
   Logged on by phone.
4. yesterday tried again for coming back from Sthn Group, it showed my start point 1 and end 2, but the arrow of travel was backwards.

I'm happy just to use my missus to check in/off with but wouldn't want to be that bloke who "didn't log on but needed help".

Our VMR has had to move several times, and that's probably the main reason for their radio issues.
