Taking my daughter to get her first fish

Hello all, planning on taking my daughter to catch her first fish- she is 2. Not keen on taking her on the boat at this stage so was thinking of a trip to Moore river on Sunday.... Don't care what we catch but what is the view, is it realible? I know nothing is certain in fishing but would like to keep her interested. Don't worry we picked up a pink rod today so we should have decent luck!

Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks

moore river is a great spot for kids, fillet a mullet and use small strips, 8lb line is good, even in front of the caravan park near the mouth we have got my little boy a few fish.

good luck.

You should get some lil breambos out of silver creek, just head down stephens cres that runs off moore river drive and turn down to the grassed area on your right, theres a little opening you can park next to, set the chairs and throw a few baits in, nice spot might be a few showers so bring the brollie
