Stella 3000 DH question

Hi Tackle Experts (Hlokk, Till & others)
Is this an actual Stella? I.e. just as good as any Stella you might buy here? Looks a bit different. Anyone able to help me out here?

I am pretty sure they are just a double handle JDM version of the FB stella (previous version) Cam... may stand to be corrected but I believe that is right.
