Hi guys,
Just after your thoughts, but do fish get less aggressive in winter?
Just a trend I seem to have come across is the number of fish i spook/follow in winter seems to be a lot higher in winter than summer on lures.
Cheers, Andrew

Depends what fish you're
Depends what fish you're talking about I suppose. Theres a few general patterns to certain species, eg flathead and tailor in the river come on the bite in summer, Salmon do their thing around this time, Snapper spawn in Cockburn sound etc. I always seem to do well in Autumn for Redfin and crap in summer, but in this one certain spot- might just be that they move around and aren't there at that time.
If you reckon you've noticed a trend, then you're probably right and you've learnt some valuable info!

Bream go deep and are hard
Bream go deep and are hard to get to bite, bigger fish although. The only thing I miss is the surface action.
