Rod Restoration Advice

My oldest Ugly Stick is looking like crap with the clear coat all peeling off. It's still a great stick so I want to give it a facelift. Is anyone here able to help me with the type of coat I should apply and where I can buy the right stuff? Is there an art to this?

Any info would be fantastic and well appreciated.

Cheers,

Vince.

I did pop in today a couple of times as I had business to do this arvo over that way. Doug has ordered me some resin and will call me when it comes in. This is a hobby thing. Rod is 1995 so no big deal if I stuff it up (which I refuse to LOL).
