Humble Pie

I must eat humble pie and thank the Rockingham Sea Rescue boys.....
I admit that I didn't quite make it back to Point Peron yesterday.... Coming back from a day at Penguin Is with the family and as we came around the North Cardinal marker near the coat hanger... Iran out of fuel. SHAME ON ME... Thanks to the boys for towing us in.

Happens to the best of us
Glad to see you got back alright.
Earlier this year, we were making the Rottnest convoy with wife and boy, had not even got out of the mouth of the Swan, the motor stopped and could not get her going. Thank goodness for Fremantle Sea rescue. After they towed us in, it turned out to be a blocked pick up from a fouled fuel tank. Needless to say, my wife never went out in THAT boat again. Hopefully, she will get more confidence with the new boat.
Wherever you go, there you are
