Have a look at the kit boats available they come flat packed and ready to go precision cut all you do is cut the tabs holding each cut component on each sheet of Ali me and a mate built a 17ft centre console a while back pretty easy just make sure you stick to the instructions and don't trim anything to fit just persevere with it until it fits also make sure you have the time the room and the gear otherwise you end up with an average boat.any info you need or maybe some ideas send me a pm might be able to help with some more advice.
We used CDM which is computer design marine by Phil Curran I haven't looked them up for quite a while but I think there are quite a few getting around these days it I s satisfying building your own but do your homework because sometimes it doesn't always work out cheaper I'm a boily by trade so was m mate so we knew what we were getting into but obviously if we had our time again a few things would change but all in all we were happy with the result.

Till - no fibreglass comes
Till - no fibreglass comes on a roll! A mould is also made of fibreglass.

Missing the point
