Crays

After checking our cray pots again on the weekend we had good numbers but all were  females with eggs is anyone else coming across alot of females with eggs our pots are in waters of rotto...................??????

We struggled to find males yesterday diving, probably 75% of all crays looped were female - almost all of them had berries.

I found one ledge absolutely loaded with berried females, after looping about 6 or so I gave up, then a jumbo male came out of his hiding hole which made up for it!

If you're gettinga lot of berried femals, best to change the depth you're diving/potting in.
