Any luck with McArthy 11" Minnow

Guys,
Any luck with these guys on Demersals? Too big? I'm planning to put it on a 2-4Oz Jighead. I know they work on Jigging for Sambos ... etc
I got couple of packets to try, quite expensive @ $19 for a packet of 2!

Let me just say that the 11inch Mc Arthys in (white glow and pink) are my go to plastics if im chasing the "big dhues" North of metro on a TTlures 4oz jighead, hook size 9/OX . Alot of people on here that i have fished with will be able to vouch for me on that. Also the Zman 8" streakZ XL in the colour (opening night) works a treat.
If im targeting snapper or just any reef fish in general, I just use the Berkley Gulp 7" always gets fish....Hope that helps mate!!!

I must get another couple of packets then, just in case ;) Fishintime, I've always used the 7" JS, and I must admit, they were working when nothing else was!! All colors, but the killers are the N Chick, and the new Chickens. They're on good special now at Bluewater, so better go stock some, and they last forever, given they're soaked in the juice, and away from heat.

I have just made a 300mm long
I have just made a 300mm long soft plastic mold out of plastic of paris to try make my own soft plastic lures. We'll see if they are worth pursuing.

I've caught some good fish
I've caught some good fish off of them so they work and they're cheap to make. When they get smashed, you can remelt them and use them again.
