kept one
I've kept a good size one before just out of interest sake. Magnificent white flesh and tasted good, but you get bugger all off them compared to other fish so definately not worth keeping.

same caught 1 good size and tried it, was nice bugger all flesh, been puttin em back ever since, nice to see while diving
