Just old tin smoker mate .. no

timer . Just fill up metho burners

and let it rip til chips are burnt off

thank ya mother for the rabbits ..

If fish are thick I just let it go til

there's no smoke mate.. cheers pirate

 Same mate,I buy the wood chips from Bunnings and just metho burners like you. I usually marinate in brown sugar for a night, wash off then smoke.

 Thanks pirate. Reason for my question is I do have a pellet smoker with temperature control and would like to give it a whirl. Perhaps I'll have a go at the lowest temperature my pellet smoker will operate at which is probably round 80C.
