is the place called the boundry i fished there not so long ago got a 23 kg maccie there and a few trevs and a couple of good pinkies wasnt to bad at all the weather was great so got to climb down the cliff and fish from the ledge and eat the oysters from the rocks
There are some very big GT's around Quobba, and some exceed the 100lb, just unstoppable stuff. I had one eat a 500gm Ballions Dart, the fly shocker, and half the tippet, about 2 feet of line. I could see it coming out of its gullet. Then it closed its gate and just swam off, bust, and it and its same size mate disappeared into the distance.
They are all over Shark Bay, and in the period between now and Fevreuar, thy used to be around the CRanasrvon Jetty, in droves, mixed with queenfish. Probably still come visit at Xmas.
