Anyone looking for a good spot to throw a jig NOR should give Hilarys a try...
Got this little fella first cast inside the marina on the Aurie Q 2.5
I have heard of a few bigger ones as big as 1kg+ caught inside the marina aswell.
Hope that helps anyone looking for some landbased squid in that general area.

is it just me or does the rod seem to be warped? i know honsu posted up a picture back in 2006 that looked really warped. ye eddie theres heaps around but they are mostly really small.... good for bait. reub only got the one that mornin. i tried but couldnt rasie one.
