How are the pike to eat and how do you have them (smoked etc)
Yeah I do smoke them and apparently
good ! but personally couldn't tell you? I give them too friends and family as
a bit of a novelty bit hard too find
freshly smoked fish anywhere! But
I've done pink tuna dhu and the likes
absoulutley amazing especially done
in a brine before hand ..
