If you don't eat it could you send it to me, they are great eating, nice white flesh and WA has no ciguatera to worry about. Red Bass are more likely to have the problem of ciguatera but not many people eat them anyway. We are lucky here in WA as our fish don't associate with those awful east coast fish very often.
