Hey Guys.
Took a mate for a quick trolling sesh on Monday mrning and have a look what the arsey bugger got. Free jumped towards the boat twice before he wound into (he was just standing there mesmerised till I yelled at him to wind). It put up a beaut fight for about 15 mins before it suddenly gave up, the reason became apparent when it came up with the lure (a 125 scorp Bleeding Mullet) caught up in it's throat latch and had bled out, still it didn't go to waste. Bloody awesome fish launching itself completely out of the water 3 times.

yeh they sure do go very very hard on light gear! mate caught one just north of hedland on a livie couple of seasons back that went 14.5kgs on a set of bogas.... it ran like a spaniard! gotta love them big threadies
