is it because im using bait chaser rigs down at hilarys that im not getting herring or is it just that they are not there?

Mindaire on either side has
Mindaire on either side has heaps. Burley up and they will come.
We had them jumping out the water hitting the float the other day, while fishing for buff bream.

Try use your own good fatty burley .. with a good burley they will come for sure .. usually i get them very early mornings at hillarys as the sun comes up after a big NW blow and ive also noticed that they like the rough conditions ..
A burley blob or a burley cage will be fine!
