What does the Almanac say?

LB fished hard yeterday morning from before daylight. Poppers and baitcasting in very good territory. Nothing! Went again this arvo and again everything seemed to be right. I tossed fresh Mullies for 4 hours. Again, nothing.
What does the almanac say? Are they busy breeding? I have heard reports that purist palegic fishos are blaming it on the water. Wassup Doc?
Let's not fill this discussion with non-LB heroics. What's happening in the LB world?

Leading up to a full moon
I havn't been going for a while but i find the full moon period to be hit and miss. Two days Leading up to the full moon and the two days following it have produced for me most times . But other times i catch nothing, I have realy become a fan of fishing over the New moon, and find i can get a feed over that phase of the moon.

Jip - agreed - tried every
Jip - agreed - tried every trick in the book this past week - 2 hook ups in 4 hour and both escaped - going to give it a serious bash tonight. And its not that the water is too cold / warm or too dirty - they just dont want to take the bait?! Will scout this morning some spots and then its on from about 4 this arvo!!
Reckon I will hit deep (slide a mullet) / middle (cast herring) and then shallow (pillies) and see whats on the bite.
