I see you left some negative feedback regarding the Saltiga spool not arriving. Fingers crossed it is still in transit.

You mention he took you for $700, besides the spool what else are you waiting on?

 How long did you give the guy exactly to post the spool, looking at your his log and your log only 9 days????? i have ordered stuff from england and it has take close to 1 month before i would receive it, wait 3 weeks then start to worry.

Dicey he's given me two tracking numbers which dont exist on the royal mail website and I paid high priority mail about $45,00 it should have taken 3 days at most have had aust post look in to it as well regarding the tracking numbers dont exist so go figure

 Yep I order books from the book depositry in the UK and usually only takes 5-7 days tops for delivery.

 Not sure how it goes with UK mail, but I've had one or two items from AUS post have a tracking number that said it didn't exist on the site. I still received the items but it took a good several days for the tracking number to actually appear on the website. Bit dumb, you would think it would be instant.

if its eBay, and you don't receive the items after a reasonable time, you should be able to request a refund via their dispute centre? If the tracking number doesn't exist, then that should be on your side (as opposed to lost in transit). Just make sure you don't take too long (not sure on the max number of days, 30?)

Thanks hlokk I already have a dispute logged in have had several emails from the sender asking me to retract as it could hurt his business I have contacted royal mail via phone and given them both numbers to the reply oh sir these are not tracking numbers

I've bought absolutely loads of stuff from the UK and be assured delivery can vary from 1 week to well over a month depending when it was posted. These days I wouldn't even worry about it till a month had passed anyway. As for poor replying to emails etc its common enough with people who claim to be customer focussed but don't really care, I've had that too often myself, just slack but still doesn't mean he won't send the reel as looking at his feedback he's not too bad really. I hope it arrives okay as nothing worse than being conned.

If you paid through paypal you will get a full refund regardless as you are fully protected from any dodgy sellers, never fails - I swear by it.

Like people said - if you paid via PayPal I'm pretty sure you have 60 days to lodge a dispute. Dont let it go past that day.

nope but pay pal did a refund and  pay pal are suspending the seller because this is the 3rd problem recently
