Trolling for snapper?

Has anyone done this successfully? I know a few of the yakkers have worked it out but maybe a motor would put them off?
Was thinking about running a deep and a shallow diver over the FFB, as slowly as possible, and in natural/neutral colours like pilchard or bonito...

Also, If using the scorpians, take all the hooks off. Replace the back with a single, and the second back with an upgraded trebble. dont replace the front treble.

Yep, my mate got a nice pinky in 18m, back of the 3 off mindarie trollin a red head crazy deep, had the lure on a down rigger, gettin it closer to the bottom

I went to Jurien for the
I went to Jurien for the forst time this week. We were trolling in 10-15m at the back of the 2nd set of reef and couldnt believe when we got a 60cm pinkie. We had a halco 6m+ red and white.
