stumped

 ok this one has me baffled so can anyone give me any insight?  have a customer wanting a quote and has specified a ( VHR ) radio. have asked are you sure do you mean VHF? is adiment its VHR, have never heard of these , so anyone know any help would be great

 It goes HF, VHF and UHF, but no VHR. The person is either pissing in your pocket or hasn't got a clue.

VHR is a German radio station, or Virgin Hard Rock in the UK.

Perhaps an install a 3G Ipad into the boat so he can stream online?

Sometimes it helps to play dumb and ask "what is the intended purpose of this VHR radio". It may give you a clue as to what they really want. As others have said HF/VHF/UHF are common.... never heard of VHR
