Have recently have been caught in lure making. There is no greater pleasure in catching a fish on a home made soft plastic.
First up are a hollow stick bait in 3" and 4.5". Had success on thier first trip out on skippy and sambos. I reckon these would work great on bream
On another forum there is a big topic on using black blades to mimic mussels and some people have had alot of sucsess on them. That insipered me to make these. Though i am yet to test them

Top stuff Mish
Can you provide us with a bit more info on how you made the SPs and what materials you used - and where it is available from.

These are made melting a
These are made melting a liquid plastic and pouring into molds
Used to be able to buy the plastic here in australia unforunatley they dont make it any more. I am about to run out of plastic myself so have put an order through USA. Shipping though will cost around $100.
Lure craft is where you can buy supplies
Warning though the heated plastic is very bad to breath in and a high quality resporator must be worn

insert?
I'd assume there would be a metal rod or pin that is removed at some stage before the plastic sets proper?
