seagate
a regular deckie of mine uses one for jigging running 60lb on a tcurve 300, seems to go pretty good.
I would compare it to a saltist with regard to quality, in other words good value, reliable and more than capable of most things etc but the Catalina is a better reel witha few high end features.
what will you be using it for?

i have a 4500 hyper seagate
i have a 4500 hyper seagate and a 4000 and 5000 catalina and the catalinas are light years ahead, the seagate is nice but has nothing in features on the catalinas. i thought the catalinas retailed around $750?? and at $400 for a hyper i would spend the extra money without hesitation
always looking for a new challenge!!
