Revolutionary Fishing Product for Fisherwoman

Watched this on Shark Tank last night. Not a show I normally watch but was too cold and sick to find the remote. Watch from 26:20.

 Yes I agree,They are a bunch

 Yes I agree,

They are a bunch of wankers!

They gave him a pittance for it. Hopefully he'll get a bulk lot made at reasonable quality and get it too the market heaps cheaper...

I met her at the last Mandura boat show, they are a really nice couple of battlers. I really liked the product but for some reason it wasn't suitable for my boat. From memory it was something the do with the tag thing that wouldn't fit throught a bowsprit with a winch setup. I thought they said they were going to make a different version.

I think you're referring to the wrong video mate... Last night was an Afrikaans guy with a jigging burly bucket. It was cringworthy

Hard to watch

Wed, 2017-07-05 16:50

It was a pretty bad pitch and hard to watch.  I didn't get the reference to female anglers.

I'm still not sure what his product really was.  Looked like a burley bucket that slides down the line?

Concept was good

Thu, 2017-07-06 03:45

The concept of having the burley at the strike zone was good. The shark that mentioned he had a burley bucket on his boat could have been countered with the fact that delivery from the boat, in 20-40m of water is not in the strike zone.

Some better preperation and some strong figures on the amount of money going into the fishing industry australia/world wide on tackle and gagets would have helped.

Selling yourself and your product is an art and that guy couldnt sell water to a burning man.

He came across as fairly

He came across as fairly aggressive but that comes with the territory. I loved watching him visibly choke back his anger whenever he was questioned. Haha.

I didn't even get the point about it being an on line device and it may have some merit for drift fishing with bait when the fish aren't one the chew or to bring fish into your drift line for the next run.

I'm still trying to work out how fish know my Mrs is holding one of the two lines in the water from 40m away so that they can avoid it.

Yeah watched this and was gonna post but beat me too it.

I thought it was pretty funny to be honest and couldnt stop laughing the whole time.

Yeah they ripped him to shreds because he deserved every bit of it. Saying his product was to give the average fisherwoman an edge bahaha. Over who?
