No law to enforce breath requirement. However, where people come unstuck is when an accident happens. If you are affected by alcohol, to an extent where it could be considered you were incapable of controlling the vessel, the penatly / outcome will be much worse than if you were sober / no alcohol.
The point is, if you decide to have a few and come unstuck, more fool you.
Dont get me wrong, i love a few coldies out on the water, but you have to keep it real. Not like some of the pissed dicks out on the water.
Bring RBT's on i reckon.
