Profile Picture Change - What Am I Doing Wrong?

Hi Peeps. I'm trying to change my profile picture and have created one that is the correct dimensions int he profile. when i go and add it the photo still shows as the terrible photo of me pulling a face haha. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
