i hope for the eagles fans sake they are not popping the champagne for a grand final spot before they actually win today. Melbourne are a good team, and as witnessed last night, it’s whoever turns up with the most intensity on the day who will come out the victor.
Either eay, pies into the grand final = Awesome
Going to be many a beer downed next Saturday, either in celebration or sorrow, but at least we made it.

Looking forward to a great game. There will be plenty of West Coast fans there to make some noise and some confidence will be taken out of beating the Pies at the G earlier in the year, then again a couple of weeks ago.
Funny, Eddie was having a good whinge about the finals fixturing. He is not complaining now after his boys get the extra days rest and don't have to travel (despite finishing lower and losing to the Eagles in Week 1). Let's not forget the "home" granny. If it was a truly national competition, game would be held here but it is what it is and to be the best, you gotta beat the best at the home of footy.
Genuine 50/50 game. West Coast should rightly go in as slight favourites, but if the Pies lose it will be the one that got away.

Plenty heading across to Vic
Plenty heading across to Vic by car by all reports. We are parked up in Haslam in SA and will slowly move across to do the Nullarbor while all the west coast punters go to the game and will have a big head start on them when they’re going back. We can do 500 - 600ks a day if the wind is favourable, so we shouldn’t see them at all.
