Lowrance Elite 5 DSI - Operation

Have just bought a new Lowrance Elite 5 DSI, but the instruction manual is really limited. Am trying to work out how to get the sonar to show actual fish. At the moment I am only getting basic ground composition. Is there a tip to get the DSI to work also?

I did men the fish arches, but anything would be a step in the right direction.
