Pearl farm
I think the buildings were a pearl farm base on Exmouth Station, not sure if they are still in use.Looks to be a spot there to launch from the beach.Give the station a ring and ask them.
We have launched my boat around the Bay of Rest, there is a bit of a ramp there and at Wapet creek as well

Wilderness
Jimbo runs the wilderness camp, well he did last time I checked. Thats the other side of the gulf and a fair way from Roberts. As for Exmouth station, good luck with that, they never answer their phone and you'd need to know them. Easiest way is to go from Bay of Rest, as for turtle creek, its meant to be great jack fishing, but the pearl leases make it hard to navigate through the creek so I've never really bothered. Plenty of other good fishing nearby. ;)
