Hi guys and girls doing my due diligence for a trip to Exmouth in May taking up a large fibreglass boat if you have tried the new ramp out at Tantabiddi how was it anything to watch out for beyond strong winds and a very low tide.
Cheers and beers for the festive season

It's excellent now. You shouldn't have any problems

Just watch out driving on at mid to low tide
A couple of well placed rocks will screw your prop fairly quick.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

I rate the old ramp better.
I rate the old ramp better. Alot easier to drive on and off. Now if there is any breeze blowing and you dont quite get it in the right spot you have a bitch of a time trying to get back into position with those finger jetties. Suits big boats better than the smaller ones. And the queues there now are nuts at times.
Still when you think about it you would rather be in a ramp queue in exmouth than most other locations.

Old ramp was good. New ramp
Old ramp was good. New ramp is only better cos you dont get your feet wet. New ramp is a hot new fishing spot also.
