GT fishing exmouth
Submitted by cahal.dahm on Tue, 2011-12-06 10:37
hey guys, head up to exmouth at the end of year just wanted to know all your opinions on GT fishing such as, what lure bands (poppers/stickbait), what type of leader to use (how heavy), knots to lure and to main line, hook trebles/singles, what to look for.
hopefully if we get a good day we can head to peak island or somewhere around there, any info would be great as this is my first time targeting GTs!
thanks

It would want to be a good
It would want to be a good size boat to head to peak at that time of the year as the southerly winds make it pretty uncomfortable. Make sure you head to coral bay for new years as the talent is usually better
