Exmouth Yardie creek crossing and beach track

Hi Guys,
What are the beach track conditions south of yardie creek?
I'm looking to take a small trailer down the beach to One K Camp or Boat Harbor.
The DEC site says you are able to launch small boats of the beach (so assume its hardish) but I'm more worried about going through the tracks to get to the camp sites.
We are heading up there soon.
Also would cyclone Rusty have made the creek crossing harder?
I'll be checking with the visitor center first.
But any comments/advice appreciated.
Cheers,
Scott

No Problem
You won't have a problem with a small tinny trailer, just check the tides before you plan to cross the creek. As long as your not trying to cross on a big tide it is a piece of cake. The track to the south of Yardie creek can get a little ruff and tight but nothing that a soft roader couldn't handle.
I Launch and recover a 6m ali off the beach at Ningaloo Station, it isn't the launch that is hard it is the recovery that can test you, but with a beach wheel and a winch or strap to pull the trailer out of the water it is not to bad.
Cyclone Rusty crossed about 600km north of Yardie creek and wouldn't of afected it at all.

Bombing range
Seem to remember that the track may be closed due to the armed forces doing their thing on the bombing range, not sure where I saw the notice but would pay to find out first and save a huge drive back down then across to the station then back up

nah whas there last year, the army just have a section on one side of the road where u cant go, we drove through the ningallo up to the first cam site below yardie creek, piss drive there. Went last year and was easy drive, corrugations into ningaloo were rough as guts, but other than that it was easy as. Just based on when we were up there tho.
Fishing and catching are two different things. But i want to learn how to catch.
