Dampier Filleting tables?

 Hey everyone. What's the go with filleting your fish in dampier. Can't seem to find any cleaning stations...

there isn't any or there wasn't when I left town 17 months ago , the shire put in a good launching facility but forgot about a cleaning station

The rules around landing fish have been significantly simplified. Now you can carry fish with a 
minimum size limit at sea in the following forms:
• filleted, skin and scale on (minimum fillet length of 30 cm); or
• trunked (with head and tail removed), skin on; or
• whole (can be gutted and gilled).

I think you will find if you leave the skin and scales on it is ok to fillet at sea, unless you run in to mister officious fisheries officer
